You’ve probably heard it before: “You just need to put yourself out there.”
But for a lot of people I work with, especially women in fashion and creative industries, that advice can feel hard to act on. And let’s be honest, a little uncomfortable.

Most people aren’t underqualified. They’re just playing small without realizing it.

That might look like:

  • Staying quiet in meetings even when you have good ideas

  • Only applying to jobs if you meet every single requirement

  • Waiting to be chosen instead of pitching yourself

  • Saying yes to the safe tasks that don’t really push you forward
